Notice for Classes CLASSES IV TO VIII

Dear Parent

Greetings of the Day!

Please note that the children of classes IV to VIII are scheduled to go for a picnic to CAMP-WILL-O-THE-WISP located at SISWAN on  TUESDAY  February 28, 2023.

Please note

  1. All children to be punctual and to reach school on time. The buses shall not wait for anyone coming late.
  2. Children to bring their WATER BOTTLES ONLY.
  3. All children to come in the School Sports T Shirts and Track Bottomswith Comfortable Sports shoes.
  4. Tentative time of arrival from Siswan to school will be 4:30 p.m. (depending upon the traffic)
  5. Parents to refrain from following the buses or reaching the picnic spot – just to “see”. You will not be allowed at the camp.
  6. Incase the child is sick- please do NOT send the child.
  7. Children must be picked up from the school.
  8. The buses will arrive between 4:30 p.m  and 5 p.m depending upon the traffic conditions.
  9. Please be there in TIME  to PICK UP the children after the PICNIC.
  10. No Phones, expensive  watches ,gadgets of any kind are allowed.

  CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT GOING FOR THE PICNIC WOULD HAVE REGULAR CLASSES TILL 2:50 P.M
